How Are Lash Extensions Performed?
At your consultation, which can occur the same day as your extensions, your Lumé Aesthetics team member will carefully discuss your options, including the length, material, shape, and number of extensions you desire. We ask that you arrive for your extension appointment without makeup or skin care products around your eyes. Your aesthetician will carefully attach each lash individually using an adhesive that is safe and effective and will go on top of your natural lashes. You will need to be able to keep your eyes closed for an extended period. This procedure may last up to two hours, depending on the desired look. Following the procedure at our Henderson, NV medspa, it is essential to avoid contact with oils, lotions, makeup, or any other substances that may cause the glue to break down and the lashes to fall out.
