"I had a Groupon deal to try out the lash extensions. Well, after booking an appointment online I got to the place (lovely btw) to find out that the person who accepts Groupons was not in. = ( But Deanna was so gracious and friendly and honored my deal anyway and personally did my lashes! She was so careful and gentle and it was such a relaxing atmosphere. The lashes were fabulous! I've gotten so many compliments! I would definitely return and gladly pay full price for Deanna! "I’m sort of new to lash extensions and was frustrated with my experiences thus far-- I like not wearing mascara but I also want a more natural look, and everywhere I tried they kept giving me heavy unnatural looking extensions. Tried seeing Sherice using a Groupon and she was absolutely wonderful! I got "classic" extensions so they look fairly natural. What I really liked is that on my first visit I initially thought they were too long and Sherice immediately fixed them and I left feeling great. Then she remembered everything about what I liked so that when I returned she just nailed it. She is also just an incredibly nice, authentic person. I highly recommend her for lash extensions!"

"I AM OBSESSED WITH THIS PLACE!!! I was referred to Deanna because I was on the hunt for a new lash artist a couple of years ago. Instantly, I fell in love! Deanna has a heart of gold and was so sweet! We chatted it up and she hooked me up with a new set of volume lashes. She knows that I dance and work out a lot so the lashes can take a beating! hahaha I always look forward to my appointments with Deanna because we always have a good time talking about life! I also have gotten hydro facials from Deanna as well! When I get facials, I always leave the room feeling refreshed and my face has this amazing glow!I also tried the body sculpting massage with Ari and she was amazing as well! She is super sweet and we laughed and chatted it up the entire time. I am super self-conscious about my body, but she made me feel so comfortable! I thought with all of the tools and gadgets she used, that it was going to hurt. To my surprise, it didn’t hurt at all and I could feel it working! Their facilities are always so welcoming and clean! I feel so relaxed and calm whenever I’m getting a treatment there. They really know how to pamper and treat you like the queen that you are! Be sure to check them out! "I haven’t had my service yet, but I felt compelled to write a review based on my experience with the response time. On many occasions I have purchased a Groupon and have spent weeks trying to get through to ask questions or make an appointment. My first call to Lume was answered immediately and I was directed to online booking. While you do have to fill out a list of questions regarding previous services, the process was self-explanatory with the exception of the deposit. I called again to get assistance and got a message but my call was returned almost immediately and all my questions were answered. If the lash service holds up to their customer service, I would give them 10 stars!"

"i’ve had 2 facial treatments with deanna and i would say she’s done an amazing job! i highly recommend her. she is very sweet, warm and accommodating. i was having breakouts that time on my chin and she really helped me with my problem. although unfortunately, i had to go to a different place because it’s a little closer to my house (i’m sorry, driving a little far is giving me anxiety ) but she’s a great esthetician and she really knows what she’s doing."

"Ariane at Lume is friendly and very professional. I got a Lymphatic Drainage Massage and it works amazing! She was informative on how it works and if you drink plenty of water the fat will drain out even further. Also, if you maintain a healthy lifestyle your results will be even better. At first, I wasn’t eating healthy and it worked amazing! I have been eating healthy and working out so I purchased more treatments as it really works!! I would definitely recommend her to anyone and this treatment for anyone willing to put in the work. Ariane gave me the extra push that I needed with my stubborn fat that would have been much more difficult for me to get rid of and would’ve taken much longer."

"I finally did the contouring massage with Ariane and also the electro therapy. I was amazed by the pics and decided to go do it for myself because some celulites always bothered me. She worked on my abs and I couldn’t be happier. All those ugly celulites I had under my arms and belly went away with only 1 session!!!!!! The massage feels good and she worked exactly where I wanted. I highly recommend the electrotheraphy specially if you do some kind of exercise and need a little boost to burn extra fat. Thank you Ari!!!"

"Deanna was such a doll. Unfortunately, I bought a cheap lash lift kit on amazon.... needless to say I messed my eye up and was too scared to do the other one since the one I did was irritated. The lift I did wasn’t horrible but my eyes were complete opposite. I called around and no one would do one eye, and they all said I had to wait 4-6 weeks to do both eyes. I was hesitant to call Deanna because there wasn’t any reviews... but I was desperate. I am so glad I did because she was able to do a lash lift on the other eye. Her room is so cozy and she has one of those heavy weighted blankets and it was so warm and comfortable. I was so scared because of what happened and she noticed, she had me sell some peaceful essential oils and pressed my shoulders down because she realized they were so tense, and pressed against my temples... I was puddy. I fell asleep actually. Now I have a new lash lift tech. and I highly recommend Lume Aesthetics."
"Deeana does my lashes and I love them! I never thought I would be able to wear lashes much less make them last long enough for a fill. I was worried about how lashes would work for me since I have very dry eyes. Mascara irritates my eyes because I tend to mess with the mascara after awhile...can’t stand it when I feel like there is something heavy or clunky on my lashes. I was concerned that lash extensions would be heavy and more irritating however I don’t feel this way at all with the way Deeana does my lashes. Deeana uses a hypoallergenic glue on me and even with eye ointment that I use daily before bedtime my lashes stay on quite amazingly well and I come back for a fill about every 2 weeks to get beautified again. Thank-you Deeana you are wonderful at what you do and such a sweet, caring and attentive esthetician. I love my hybrid lashes!"

"Attended the grand opening for LuMe’ Aesthetics not knowing Deanna or any of her guests. After meeting Deanna, her family, and her friends, I was convinced, this is a place I would like to try. I scheduled lash extensions the next day. Deanna took me right in. She and her studio are beautiful. Deanna is a professional. Her entire career has been about giving. I booked service for a full set of lashes. She is the first lash artist who has ever asked me if I have any issues with lash extensions hitting my eye glasses. Good sign! Deanna gave me full volume set, with length and they are comfortable. I can’t feel them, and they do not brush against my eye glass lenses. LuMe’ rates 5 stars from me for quality, service, professionalism and overall positive vibe. I am excited to experience LuMe’s other services."
